Water tracker
A tracker shows how much water you have had and how much is left. You can keep one on paper or in Telegram. Both are below, and both are free.

How to use a 30-day water tracker
Work out your amount in the calculator and divide it by 250 ml. That is your number of glasses. Each day, cross off a circle for every glass and see how far you have left to go.
Keep the sheet where you can see it, on the fridge or by your desk. In a drawer it reminds nobody of anything.
A water tracker in Telegram
A sheet stays quiet until you look at it. Drip messages first. It is a Telegram bot, so there is nothing to download.
- works out your amount from sex, height and weight
- reminds you on your own schedule
- keeps quiet when you are ahead
- logs a glass in two taps
- counts coffee, tea and other drinks by their share
Which one to pick
Paper suits you if you enjoy crossing things off and the sheet is always in view. Telegram is easier if water slips your mind during the day, because the reminder lands where you already look.
Questions
Is there a free water tracker?
Yes. You can print the sheet on this page as often as you like, and Drip in Telegram is free with no sign-up.
Which app reminds you to drink water?
Drip. It lives in Telegram and messages you on your own schedule, so there is no separate app to download.
How do I print the water tracker?
Press “Print” under the sheet. You get one A4 page for 30 days, and you can save it as a PDF too.
This is not medical advice. If you have kidney or heart problems, are pregnant or your doctor limits fluids, your doctor sets the amount.
