Terms of Use
Edition of November 4, 2026
These are the rules for using Drip. The main one: Drip helps you remember to drink water, but it does not replace a doctor. This is a translation; the Russian text prevails, except where the law of your country says otherwise.
1. What Drip is
Drip is a water tracker in Telegram: the @drip_water_bot bot, the Mini App and the dripwater.app website (the Service). It works out a daily amount, keeps a log of what you drink and reminds you to drink on your schedule.
The Service is provided by the sole proprietor [FULL NAME OF THE SOLE PROPRIETOR], UNP [УНП], address: [RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS].
2. Accepting the terms
You accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy when you tick the box in the Mini App. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be 16 or over to use Drip.
3. Not a medical service
Drip is not a medical device and makes no diagnoses. The daily amount is a guide from a simple formula of sex, height and weight, not medical advice. It does not take into account your health, pregnancy, medication or anything else about you.
If you have a medical condition or a limit on fluids, ask your doctor. If you feel unwell, see a doctor, not an app.
4. Provided as is
We work to keep Drip stable, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Reminders can be late or fail to arrive, including because of Telegram. Features can change or go away.
5. Rules of use
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- interfere with the bot, the API or the server, or get around their protection;
- create excessive load or send automated requests;
- pretend to be someone else;
- break the law or Telegram's rules.
6. Price
Drip is free for now. If paid features appear, we will describe them and their payment terms in advance.
7. Rights in the Service
The Drip name, the droplet character, the texts, the design and the code belong to the operator. You may use them only within the Service.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for harm from health decisions based on data from the Service, or for interruptions in its work. Your consumer rights that the law of your country does not allow to be taken away remain.
9. Stopping use
You can leave at any time: the Reset everything button in the profile deletes your account and data. We may limit access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
10. Changes
A new edition gets a new date. If the Terms change, the Mini App will ask you to accept them again. You cannot use the Mini App without accepting the new edition.
11. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus. Disputes go to the court at the operator’s location, unless mandatory consumer law of your country lets you go to a court where you live. Questions and claims: [ПОЧТА ДЛЯ ОБРАЩЕНИЙ].
