Your Rights
Edition of November 4, 2026
In short and apart from the other documents: what you can do with your data, and what happens if you agree or refuse. This is a translation; the Russian text prevails, except where the law of your country says otherwise.
If you agree or refuse
Consent is voluntary. If you agree, Drip will process data as the Privacy Policy describes. If you refuse, you will not be able to use the Mini App and reminders, because they cannot work without this data. Refusing has no other consequences.
What you can do
- Withdraw consent at any time, without giving a reason. This does not affect processing before it. We will stop processing and delete the data within 15 days.
- Find out whether we process your data, which data, where it came from, on what basis and why. We answer within 5 working days, free of charge.
- Correct incomplete, outdated or inaccurate data, within 15 days. You can change height, weight and settings yourself in the profile.
- Once a calendar year, find out for free who received your data, within 15 days.
- Demand that we stop processing and delete the data if there are no grounds for processing, within 15 days.
- Challenge our actions before the National Personal Data Protection Center of the Republic of Belarus, and its decision in court.
How to do it
The quickest way: the Reset everything button in the Mini App profile deletes your account and withdraws consent. Deletion cannot be undone.
Otherwise, send an application to [ПОЧТА ДЛЯ ОБРАЩЕНИЙ] or to [RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS]. By law, a written application or electronic document needs your full name, address, date of birth, identification number (or, without one, your identity document number), what you are asking for, and a signature or digital signature. To help us find the account, add your Telegram username.
If other laws apply to you
Users in the EU, the UK and Switzerland can write by email without these details and have further rights, described in section 10 of the Privacy Policy.
